Biomedical Proteomics:

Melanoma (skin cancer) (Dr. Valenti)
 
Agri-Food Proteomics:
Medicago truncatula shoots in association with N-fixing bacteria (Prof. Pandolfini, Dr. Molesini)
Triticum monococcum for healthier wheat-based functional foods (Dr. Zoccatelli, Dr. Chignola, Dr. Rizzi).
